Forza Motorsport Cheats
Infinite money
Go on Xbox Live and make sure you have someone in a room that is open or a race/buy-sell room you can join from a friends list. Get in the cheapest car you have. Sell every car back to the game while in your garage, but do not press B to go back or you will save it and lose the cars that you sold. While in the room and left with the car you are in, join someone's room. Then, go all the way back to select a profile. Notice that the profile will have all the money you made from selling, and the cars will still be in your garage. You can do this an unlimited number of times.
Remember This can only be done with an original unpatched game that has never been used on Xbox Live. Buy the VW Jetta VR6. Buy every engine upgrade and the other engine. Equip your stock engine, then sell the other engine that was just bought. You will spend 1,500 credits, but gain 45,000 credits. Then, buy the other engine, equip your stock engine, and sell the other engine that was just bought to repeat this as many times as desired.
Remember This can only be done with an original unpatched game that has never been used on Xbox Live. Buy a Volkswagen Jetta, then install all motor upgrades. After you install the engine, reinstall the original motor. Then, go to the second motor that you purchased for 2500 credits. Press X and sell the second motor for ten times the original price. Keep repeating this as many times as desired to get an unlimited amount of money.
Remember This can only be done with an original unpatched game that has never been used on Xbox Live. Buy a Corvette Z05 (A2 class) and buy every part for it. Then, go to "swap engines from another car". There should be one engine to buy for 32,000 credits. Buy and install it. It should now be a S4 class. Then, go back to your stock engine and install it. Go to your second engine and sell it. It should sell for about 100,000 credits.
Remember This can only be done with an original unpatched game that has never been used on Xbox Live. Buy the Corvette Z06 and do the same procedure as the VW Jetta trick; buy all the engine upgrades. Then, buy the actual engine upgrade and go back to the stock engine and equip it. Then, sell the engine. Unlike the VW Jetta trick, you must spend 32,000 credits but will get back 101,880 credits. This is faster and less time consuming than the VW Jetta trick.
Easy money
An easy way to make a little extra money is to take off the best line indicator. To do this, go to "Set Difficulty" and turn this mode off. Simply follow the black marks on the pavement to get the best line in and out of turns.
Fast ranking and money
Remember This can only be done online. Have the host start the race with only a single lap. As soon as the race starts, have the host go across the start/finish line and then quit the race and return to the lobby. As the race is still going on, have the host go to the game setup screen, then go to "Laps" and set it to as high as possible. The other racers in the race will finish the single lap race. If done correctly, the racers that finish that single lap race will get paid for the laps that the host changed it to when they exit.
Save window tinting money
To save money on window tinting, scroll over to the color you want and press B. The color will still be on the window, and you will still have 500 credits.
Easy levels
Enter the A class championship with a car like the Chevrolet Corvette C6. Buy as many upgrades as you can without going into the S class. Then, just keep racing at Sunset Peninsula: Speedway. You can also increase your difficulty for more earnings.
Drive with no gas
Remember This trick will only work if you are using a manual transmission. When you are out of gas and are at a complete stop, quickly shift from first gear into second gear then back into first gear while holding Gas. When you downshift, notice that your car's speed will go to 1 mph. Continue quickly shifting back and forth from first and second and your car will gradually gain speed. When it seems that you are no longer accelerating, start shifting between second and third gear.
Multi-view mode
Have two or more Xbox systems linked with their own game disc. Start each of the the games and enter the options menu. Highlight the "Credits" option, then click the Left Analog-stick. A new "Network Cockpit Settings" option should appear. If it does not, press the Left Analog-stick Down while clicking it. Set the "Host" option on one of the Xbox systems. On the other Xbox systems, select the desired view. When ready, start a game on the host Xbox. The other Xbox systems will also load the same track and show the race from the selected view.
Recommended Drivatar creation
Buy or use a car from your garage that you wish to train for your Drivatar. High performance cars like the Jaguar XJ220 work best for initial training. Buy a professional transmission for your car (does not apply to R Class cars) so that you can modify the gearing. Next, go into "Tune Car Setup" and change the gearing by moving the sliders all the way over to the right (beginning with the F.D.), and save. Go into "Train Drivatar", select the desired track, then choose the car that you just tuned. When you begin the training, keep the accelerator down to full throughout the training. At the instant your car begins to move, hold the brake for the remainder. Having the brake and accelerator down at the same time will not tell the Drivatar to drive in this manner, but to "peak brake" (see telemetry data results) when necessary while driving at the maximum speed which allows it to follow the driving line you are creating. In this case, how you make your driving lines around the track is critical for gaining ground against human players or similarly created Drivatars. Once you reach and maintain the highest gear possible under the current setting, the suggested driving line should turn completely yellow. Colors like orange or green indicate that the gear is not set and you may need to restart. Should your car not reach a high gear, reverse for a moment by using X, then release. Some cars are more difficult to do this with, though you can get it into the proper gear by revving the car to full before you start. Another suggestion is to test drive the car you decide to use after tuning to see how it works out. As a side note, starting with a new Drivatar will reduce the number of laps required. On tracks you have not driven on, you will only need to do a maximum of three laps and an assured minimum of 1.5 laps. For the Drivatar Lessons tracks, you will need five laps to completely overwrite the Lesson training. These laps do not need to be done all in one session. The more laps you do however, the more accurately the Drivatar will reproduce your driving line, especially if you race close to the edge. Driving to close to a wall or road edge could result in you car touching them -- observe each time you complete a session in case some portions need adjusting. Make a backup copy of your Drivatar each time you complete a lesson; if your next lesson goes awry, you will not have to erase five laps. This training method will allow your Drivatar to easily defeat the Hard A.I. The Stats aspect of training is not important, as they only matter for untrained tracks. You will find that even for professional drivers, well "tracked" Drivatars are virtually impossible to race against without derailing them.
