FIFA 07 PS2 cheats

FIFA 07 Information: FIFA 07 has yet to top the league of soccer titles on the PS2. Last year saw a FIFA take a big step towards number 1, 07 looks even better so Pro Evolution Soccer may face top competition. The graphics in FIFA 07 have been improved to the point where players are easily recognisable and there movements are realistic. The players are not the only aspect to be improved, stadiums and the crowd are life like to give that 'Real' experience. FIFA 07 has improved upon the running style, almost unique to the FIFA series, players used to gain momentum with a blink of an eye. Now in 07 the player will gradually gain speed until sprinting and then slow down like a normal footballer. The shoddy shooting system has been given a re-think. The position of the player and ball, weight of pass and angle of kick all contribute to the executed shot. The problem encountered in 06 was that the quality of the shot depended upon player attributes rather than the gamers skill. You could be the better player, but if you were Man Utd and had Diego Forlan up front then you would have no luck, regardless of your skills as a gamer. This has now been solved giving FIFA 07 greater accuracy. The online game has interesting plans to compete in a league, whereby you select your desired team (e.g. Newcastle) who will play Wigan in the first league game. You will play against Wigan in a league, your results will move you up or down the league. EA are still developing FIFA 07, but the result so far is looking great! FIFA 07 is planned for release in late September/ early October.

CHEATS:

Easy goals
When one on one with the goalkeeper, press L2 + Circle to do a finesse shot. This will trick the keeper from going from one side to the other. For example, fake right and shoot left or vice versa. It will go in about 90% of the time.

If you have the ball and are outside the area but not on your half, you can check on the map how far the keeper is off his line. Normally he is about two meters. You can lob him easily if you get the power correct.

Easy wins
When you are losing a match, press Start and go to "Select Sides". Switch to the other team, then shoot at your own net and score goals for your team original. Once your team is winning by a comfortable lead, switch back to your original team.

Easy Unlockable points
Select Tournament mode and choose any cup tournament, as they tend to be shorter. Select the highest rated team or replace a team in the tournament with a highly rated team from another league. Advance to Tournament Central and quick sim all the games until you have won the tournament. You will be awarded unlockable points to spend.

Preview unlockables
Purchase unlockable items without saving your profile. After testing items, simply reload your profile to re-acquire the unlockable points. By using this technique you can unlock and test all the unlockables in the game.

Double stepover
Cristiano Ronaldo and Robinho are two of the best dribblers. Use the Trick Stick with Ronaldo or Robinho to perform a double stepover. Press Forward, then rotate left and then right.

Stay unbeaten in five games, in Career Mode.

Additional Chant Sound:
Win ten games not in Career Mode.

Interception Mini Game:
Win ten games in Career Mode.

Home Stadium Upgrade 1:
Win a blowout in Career Mode.

Home Stadium Upgrade 2:
Move into first place in the league, in Career Mode.

Home Stadium Upgrade 3:
Win the league in Career Mode.

Home Stadium Upgrade 4:
Win your domestic cup in Career Mode.

Home Stadium Upgrade 5:
Win your domestic cup twice, in Career Mode.
